About project
The centre of Prague has long been a culturally significant site. Many artists and other persons of import have made their homes here. Today, you too can be a part of the centre of Prague. We have reconstructed a building for you in the centre of the New Town, in Soukenická Street 1665/36 in Prague 1, as though it were for the Royal Highness themselves. The original exterior and interior styles were preserved – you will feel royal and unique.
Václav Hollar, a famous Czech baroque engraver and draughtsman, was born in this street. The first maternity hospital in Prague was founded in Soukenická Street during the reign of Maria Theresa of Austria. This street is no stranger to ground-breaking happenings. Be the first to live in the royally renovated apartments in Barrio de Centro. Continue to write this street’s story.
The building is located in the historic heart of the capital city. Its interior will enchant you and all units are furnished in the timeless Laufen standard. The building’s smaller size provides privacy and a sense of uniqueness. If you are attracted by an exceptional home close to breath-taking historic buildings, parks, cafés and artists from all over the world, Barrio de Centro is for you. The ground floor offers space for a shop or a café.
